FOR SEAWATER

Hectron has designed filters specifically for seawater, in a mixed metal/plastic construction for good corrosion resistance.

In desalination plants, our filters are used to protect the high-pressure pumps in reverse osmosis systems. Used as a pre-treatment before cartridge filters, they greatly extend the life of the cartridges.

The protection of plate heat exchangers is another primary application for seawater.

  • 316 Stainless steel body with Rilsan coating, plastic parts, and Duplex stainless steel.
  • 2µm filtration
All Hectron automatic filters are designed by our engineering department. They are then assembled and tested in our workshop in Nice.
